Nice Place! The place was well designed, very clean and I liked how the toilet and shower are separated. There were also complete appliances from water heater, microwave and cooking pan. The door lock is automated which was a nice touch. Definitely recommended for bang for buck travel place to stay!

A Home Away From Home I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights to attending a wedding, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The condo had a warm, homey atmosphere that made settling in effortless. The owner was incredibly accommodating, even allowing my friends to come over and prep before the event, which made the experience extra convenient and memorable. Cleanliness was absolutely on point, and I appreciated that cooking was allowed with complete utensils and kitchen tools provided. The unit was well-equipped with appliances like a microwave, rice cooker, and water heater, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and cozy throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was okay, but if you need to work, it’s best to bring your own modem. For mobile data, I found that a DITO SIM had the best coverage in the area. The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxation, though having a vehicle makes it easier to get around. Still, tricycles are readily available, and with Robinsons Roxas and 7-Eleven nearby, convenience is never an issue. Overall, I felt completely comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The combination of a welcoming space, thoughtful hospitality, and practical amenities made it a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Spacious, clean and cozy. Definitely a home away from home. I was able to prep simple and small meals and the kitchenette have almost the things we need. The host's father helped us when I messed up the keycard and triggered the alarm 🤦‍♀️, he was so nice and really polite while giving us instructions on how to use it and what to do in case we trigger the alarm again. The facilities are working well, although the internet speed fluctuates from time to time but it wasn't really a major concern. If given a chance to visit Roxas City in the near future, I would like to stay in this place again. Thank you so much.
