These help keep the space comfortable for you, respectful to our neighbors, and ready to warmly welcome the next guest.
The maximum occupancy allowed in the unit is based on what is listed in your booking, and we kindly ask that there be no extra overnight guests unless arranged in advance. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone, parties, events, or gatherings beyond your booked party size are not permitted. The guest who made the reservation will be responsible for everyone included in the booking throughout the stay.
We kindly ask that you treat the unit with the same care and respect you would your own home. If you notice any damage or encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address them as soon as possible. Significant damage, stains, or missing items may be charged to the guest.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the unit. Illegal substances of any kind are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this policy may result in a ₱5,000 deep-cleaning fee.
For everyone’s safety, candles, incense, and any open flames are not permitted anywhere inside the unit. Please make sure the door is securely locked whenever you leave. We also ask that the stove, iron, and all appliances are never left unattended while in use.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Before leaving, please return the keycard to the building reception.
We’d appreciate your help in conserving energy by turning off the air-conditioning, lights, and appliances whenever you head out. It helps keep the planet a little cooler and your stay a little kinder.
While we love pets, Kabin is not currently set up to accommodate them, so pets are not allowed inside the unit.
Please keep the key card secure during your stay. A ₱5,000 replacement fee will apply for any lost, unreturned, or damaged key card, as it provides access to the building and unit. Kindly return the key card to the reception during check-out.
We kindly ask that all furniture, décor, linens, and amenities be treated with care during your stay. The guest who made the reservation will be responsible for any damages, excessive stains, lost key cards, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear. Any charges for damages or missing items will depend on the value of the item and the cost of repair or replacement.
For everyone’s comfort and building security, only registered guests included in the booking are allowed inside the unit unless arranged in advance.
Guests are expected to settle any outstanding balances, fees, or payment dues related to their stay before check-out. This includes charges for damages, missing items, or any unpaid fees agreed upon during the booking. Failure to settle these responsibilities may result in the incident being formally documented and reported to the local police station in Roxas City for official record purposes. For the awareness and protection of the hosting community, unresolved cases may also be shared through hosting platforms or host communities for reference and accountability.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay. Please ensure doors are locked when leaving the unit and keep valuable items secured at all times. Kabin Tiny Home will not be held liable for any lost, misplaced, or unattended personal items. If any belongings are left behind after check-out, we’ll do our best to assist in locating them.
Kabin Tiny Home is thoughtfully prepared for every guest, and we kindly ask that the unit be used respectfully and only for its intended purpose as overnight accommodation. Please avoid moving furniture unnecessarily, placing wet items directly on furniture, or using linens and towels for purposes other than intended. Treating the space with care helps us keep Kabin clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest.
