At Kabin Tiny Home, all bookings are made on a non-refundable basis.
This allows us to offer you our best direct rate and to prepare your stay with care and certainty.
All reservations are final. Once a booking is confirmed, the total amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date or reason — including no-shows, early departures, or shortened stays.
We strongly recommend reviewing your travel dates carefully before confirming your reservation.
While bookings are non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. As a one-time courtesy, we may allow you to move your reservation to a new date within 3 months of your original booking, subject to availability and any difference in rate. Date-change requests must be made at least 14 days before your check-in date and are granted at our discretion.
For your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
